small victories

Lucy wore a headband more than 3 seconds.

We finally conquered the pink! Just painted the last three doorframes and a single window.



We purchased our first set of glasses. They've been in a box for about a month waiting for me to rearrange the cupboards. And that's been done, too.






We opened up a place to put a swingset! Yay! Can't wait for that for the girls. We already refer to our backyard as the park.

I cleaned the garage during an involuntary unplugged day. It was so good for us.

James installed the very first electrical outlet that has ever been in our bathroom.

And I remembered to read the scriptures and pray today.











Remember these goals? I realize now that we may not be able to finish all of them in the time that we want to. But the Lord truly blesses us in small ways each day, and can show us what He knows that we really need, if we open our hearts to His message.
