It took us four days to prime and paint these babies. But don't the shelves look nice with a fresh coat of paint?

Doesn't it look lovely? We thought we'd gotten all of the books out that we planned to put up (most of the kids books are in their room, and the cookbooks belong in the kitchen) but then we found a couple more boxes.
The girls were very impressed. They weren't even sad that we forgot about Easter baskets with all the book work. They even did a book dance.
Now we just have to get rid of the boxes. Especially because they didn't last very long stacked this and are now scattered everywhere. They've been made into trains and castles and all sorts of forts. Hopefully they get picked up soon!

OK you shelves look awesome and especially full of book, and it looks like you'v even got alittle room left!That picture of the girls says it all, even Lucy pouring over a book, oh, and I love your new book background so fitting. You guys are awesome. Still loving our cookies, Lance and Luna thought they were pretty cool too.
Wow - that's a lot of books! I think I'd worry aobut structural integrity too! ...On the other hand, your shelves look great!
