Because my girls think it's torture. This pony tail was not supposed to be 80's inspired. Luckily she's awfully cute. Because her hair is always a mess! (Does that remind you of the Train song "Her hair is always a mess. Catch her stealin' she won't confess She's beautiful." Gosh, I love that song.)

My girls KNOW it's torture, so I try to give long-lasting hairdos. Sarah and I call them 3-day hairdos....and if the have to be held down to get it - so be it. Also, bobs cut down on the necessity of hairdos...and brushing in general. :)
