Britton's #1 is for her #1 dad. Look behind her, and you will see two black things hanging from the cupboards. Those are the speakers to my brand new kitchen sound system.James has a weakness for electronics, so when I asked for an mp3 player, I was pretty sure I'd get one.
James is also very frugal. He found my present on Craigslist.
And when I mentioned that I'd like some sort of dock and speakers for it, he mentioned we had some computer speakers somewhere...
Some velcro and wire clips later, and voila! I have the under cabinet sound system I always wanted for free.
And it works great!

oh beth I feel so bad about your yard I know exactly how youfeel. When we got all our trees cut down it took a year to clean it all up.
You should have asked your neighbor if they wanted to contribute!
oh that is so cool! the speakers will be awesome, now you can rock out to Alabama while cooking dinner! i lovelovelove music and cooking...and wine, but ya know... ;)
