happy birthday lucy

Lucy turned four a few days ago!  And for the first time in her life, she had a big party with lots of friends. (we are implementing the 4, 8,12,16 big party rule in our house)  So, on her birthday we stayed home and cleaned and got ready and opened up family presents.

And then we had a rainbow tea party!

There were lots of twirly, whirly girls.

There were lots of very well mannered girls.  Miss Manners herself came and helped out.

Lots of delicious rainbow cake that Grandma Linda made especially for Lucy.

And lots to clean up at the end.

Lucy had such a sweet, happy smile the entire time.  It was pretty much the best tea party ever.
