My mother in law Linda has started selling some of her very cute products on Etsy. She made me this little pin cushion for my birthday. It's made completely out of recycled wool sweaters! The sweaters can be a little difficult to find sometimes, so she wants to make a deal with anyone that get some for her. If you can find at least 90% wool sweaters in cute colors or cream or white. She'll make you two cupcakes. They are so fun! And then you get one for you and one for a friend.
I've been trying my own hand at some crafts. Yesterday I made four of these cute little aprons! This has been a project I've wanted to do for a very long time. A couple of years ago, my mom bought this cute little dress. Very frilly and sweet. Just not wearable, really. No sleeves. Extremely short. I thought maybe I could make a frilly throw pillow for my couch. But I think the combination of one of my pillowcases and the frills turned out just right. Now I want to make more aprons!
I think there is enough lace for more! This is all that's left.
