We have been getting sunshine! And my girls are true north westerners. They know that sunshine is precious and that you need to take advantage of it as quickly as possible, because sunshine is also fleeting.
And therefore it is best to throw on a swimsuit and try to trick mom into letting you play with water even though the wind in Ellensburg may actually be stronger than the mistral winds of southern France.

I love the swimsuits! I love that about children, they always have hope!
Crazy! It's a good thing that enthusiasm is protected by a Mom with a brain...so they don't die.
