Yesterday we all hopped in the car and headed over to Seattle when James got off work. For the past few days James and I have been looking for the perfect car to fit three car seats in. This Ford Falcon was a steal! It was love at first sight. The color, the lines, it runs, and all the doors open! Britton is dancing in front of it. We all loved it.
But it's too narrow for three car seats to fit very comfortably. Actually the Falcon, we have come to find, was a very economy model that Ford made, much smaller than most of the same generation of car, with a much smaller engine, too.
If anyone sees an awesome vintage wagon like this, CALL US! We don't mind the idea of driving a van around, but we just don't have the 10 grand laying around to get us a decent one.
Guess where else we went? Can you tell from the picture? I'll give you a hint: It's kind of difficult to find (thanks a lot Bing maps!) and there is absolutely no parking.
The Fremont Troll! Britton's wanted to go see him since we read the Three Billy Goats Gruff and we told her that there was a Troll under a bridge in Seattle.
And to top it off, we went to Costco for Gelatto and chocolate dipped ice cream bars, and the girls dubbed it the "best day ever"!
I'm having second thoughts about that car now... It's so cute! And super cheap (I love the idea of not depleting our savings)

Oh, that is so cute! Brings back memories! But, you can't fit the seats in? How about one in the front since theres no air bags? Looks like a fun trip!
