Once upon a time there was a beautiful little redheaded girl that went on a trip to Portland with her mommy and sister (and aunt and three cousins) to visit her six Kang cousins and their mommy and daddy, too. When she got there, she tasted things on the floor. And her cousins said "Somebody's been eating things off our floor." Then she got tired, so she tried the big guest bed. But she didn't like that bed, because she had to sleep with her sister and so tried to roll off the bed, but her mommy was too far away to hear her cry. The next night she tried Autumn's smaller bed. But it was too hard and had no pillow. So, the next night she tried Rachel's small bed. And it was just right.
We just got home from our adventures down in Forest Grove. We drove down with James's sister Becky. And Becky jokes "You know you are getting close to Forest Grove when you start passing the tractors." We did pass one tractor. Forest Grove is a beautiful rural area just east of Portland, and home to Pacific University (my little sister is considering attending).
We love the Kangs! They are such an awesome family. Chris and Sarah have such a good sense of humor, I think the Lord has blessed them with extra funniness because they have six kids... six fabulous girls! And Becky and I brought five more. It was quite the estrogen fest! Dancing with the Stars, MAC makeovers and photo shoots, bracelet making, nail polishing, hair braiding and new looks for the girls, lots of yummy food and even a trip to the bouncy house place.
Pictures coming soon!

Sounds like a giant sleep-over...so I guess Chris would be the parent, trying to keep you girls in check?
SIX girls in one family?! Heaven help that poor father. ;-)
That was a fun "fairy tale" to read. You're such a creative writer, Beth!
(Josh and I always joke that we don't need a dog to keep the kitchen floor clean because we have children. Our kids are always eating stuff off the floor. Gross, I know, but at least it motivates me to mop the floor more regularly!)
