I know I want to remember the sweet things in life, so right now I am going to remember how much better than me my daughters are dealing with our kitchen purchasing shenanigans. Lucy has been a super little sleeper, sleeping through two trips to Ikea (one trip was four hours long and on a Saturday) and three trips to the UPS store for faxes. Britton was a super awesome kid at Ikea, and now I have sweet memories of her cuddling up in one of the cutest little kids beds ever and saying "I love this bed". She also stayed with us at the store, and didn't throw any tantrums. Totally miraculous. She's been having a hard time with everything lately. She even colored me some cute pictures at the UPS store, which has a cute little kids table well stocked with crayons and papers. I still have no kitchen, but after hours on the phone that kitchen is finally on its way! And why did I not go somewhere else, you might ask... Well, Ikea really does have wonderful unique products, and the only other portable sinks I could find were online, and their catalog was in German.
