part. John still looks pretty much like this. Except he lost all the hair on the top of his head. Do you think that's indicative of hairloss in later years? I'm already sorry for him if it does. He's also not quite so red, and his cheeks are way chubbier.
But I'm not going to post any new pictures because I'm lazy.
We got a new camera right after John was born and it takes great pictures and videos. They are just really big files, and I haven't gotten around to making them smaller for blogger and my slow computer to work together happily. Sorry.
This is a really tiny picture of the Lumix G10. Thank you Panasonic for our sweet camera.
Now to get off my lazy buns and figure out what to do with higher quality pictures than we have ever had in the history of Beth and James's pictures. Although, we do really love all those cell phone pics we've been taking lately... Don't knock the cell phone pics, right?
So, other craziness other than a camera that I can't quite handle yet? Well, it's mostly health related. But Britton did get the opportunity to be a flower girl! She was beautiful. And someday I might post a picture or two. She was a most excellent flower girl, who refused to wear her earings, but threw rose petals very efficiently alll over the place. I had a horrible seat, but I love hearing the "aaaahs" as she walked down the aisle with a very hansome little ring bearer. I think the rose petals may or may not have been thrown on some of the people closest to the aisle.
Anyway, my grandma has been in and out of the hospital all summer. The girls adore Gigi, so we've been visiting her, until the hospital just made me too nervous to take them with me anymore.
Then my mom went into the hospital.
Yikes! We thought she had a stroke, but it turns out she just has bells paulsy and lots of bad kidney stones and heart problems and a large growth growing inside her... And they ALL need surgery, except for the first thing. She gets to wear a cool eye patch and eat mushy foods until it goes away. At least it wasn't a stroke.
And my sister-in-law Becky is a super Chemo Warrior!

She helped me have John. I went to see her in the hospital on my due date, she rubbed my belly and I had him the next day.
But that chemo didn't do much other than get rid of her hair, so she's trying out different treatments.
She found herself a cancer chef, who is cooking up some tumors today. And she's working on another chemo treatment, and working on her diet and trying out special teas and has the gospel and a good attitude and a team of wonderful supporters.
On September 15, we'll be holding a huge event in Snohomish. Buzz cuts, tshirts, blood drive catered by restaurants and bakeries in Snohomish, kids area, and tons of really great stuff being raffled off! An online auction is going on as well. I'm adding buttons on my sidebar to link up to the etsy shop auction and updates on Becky. The crafting button will go to the etsy shop. So many great people have donated from their shops and their crafts and their time! Thanks for all the help!

And now I'm going to start my media fast. I was supposed to start on Wednesday, but I didn't put much prep work in. So long for a month everybody. Hope to see you at the Buzz for Becky event, and if you'd like to reach me, just call, or email bethtunnell at gmail dot com.
