Now that we are home owners we have a few things to do:
Paint the interior
Paint the exterior
Re-key
Replace rotting siding
Fix roof leaks
Fix gutters
Replace outlets (so they're safe)
Remodel bathroom
Move everything in
Then clean up after the girls
And maybe start in on the yard...
Anybody want to help?
This house is going to keep me busy for decades. If we stay here that long. James is already talking about expansion plans!
Just wait for the before and after pics, and all the sweet little details that I love about the house!

Of course I do! We tried to come tonight, but were told there was no room at the inn. Maybe we'll just come for the day tomorrow. :)
...besides, I want to see the INSIDE too.

I hate painting! I loved it before we bought our house, but now that's the last thing I want to do. I do however love to do yard work and fix up yards. If you need any help/ideas let me know.

Anybody can come over anytime! I want to share my enthusiasm for this place with everybody! I can't wait to see what it looks like after we've finished some of the projects.
Looks like we'll be seeing you in a couple of weeks in Leavenworth! my mom put together a relay team so we'll be running with you. game on tunnells.
